International Students

We are delighted to welcome international students to our Interior Design courses, which provide the opportunity to gain a British Diploma or Degree without having to leave your own country.

You can gain the full range of Interior Design qualifications offered by the National Design Academy by studying at home, on-line without the need for a visa or to comply with any immigration rules, at a fraction of the cost of studying full time in the UK. You can enrol at any time, there is no need to wait for a particular time in the year.

Just as with our UK students, you are welcome to attend any of our Open Days and Workshops if you are visiting the UK.

The courses are delivered in English, so you must be able to prove that you have sufficient skills, particularly in written English, in order to study with NDA eg. IELTS average 6 or TOEFL score of 550 and/or a minimum score of 79 from the internet based American Test of English as a Foreign Language test (TOEFL). Please contact us with details of any other English language qualifications.

If you wish to apply for the BA Honours Degree in Interior Design (incorporating the Foundation Degree) you will need to submit a detailed CV and list your qualifications (copies of certificates will be required).

The UK has a well-deserved reputation world-wide for providing high quality and reputable higher education. There are 157 institutions in the UK that are permitted to award a wide variety of degrees to suit most educational aspirations. All these institutions have degree awarding powers recognised by the UK authorities (UK and Scottish Parliament, Welsh and Northern Ireland Assemblies). The National Design Academy is listed within the 'listed bodies' of Recognised UK Degrees, ensuring your qualification is Nationally and Internationally recognised. "Thank you so much for taking the time to find out how British degrees relate to Aussie degrees! I really appreciate it! Also, it was absolutely lovely talking to you on the phone!I will not be able to enrol in any course until June (as I'm already in the middle of a degree), and am exploring all the options. I'll get in touch with you in a couple of months. You've been a tremendous help and thank you so much!"
