The much loved British lifestyle brand Joules, recently announced it’s partnership with well known furniture retailer DFS. This exciting collaboration has created a collection of sofas, armchairs and footstools featuring some of the company’s most famous iconic prints and fabrics.
These high quality, uplifting pieces are the perfect way to refresh any room in the home. There is something for everyone with four styles including floral patterns to nautical stripes, each of which will be sure to make a statement in any interior.
Being aware of new collections and collaborations like this one, is so important for interior designers. It is good practice to stay up to date with what is new and when things become available. Sourcing new products or brands is an essential skill that every good designer should be keen to develop.
The Collection:
The Windsor, a key piece in this collection, is a new take on the classic Chesterfield sofa. Expect bold colour and hidden detail from this one.
The Ilkley is a heritage inspired range with a contemporary twist. This style is made with soft tweed and bold contrasting piping.
The Cambridge is another contemporary range, this time featuring reversible cushions complete with Joules’ iconic Cambridge print.
The Burnham, where nautical meets floral, also has a contemporary influence. The most neutral range in the collection features a combination of stripes and Joules’ signature blooms.
This vibrant new collection is sure to provide colour and fun to any new interior. It builds on an already strong brand image for the company, bolstering their position as one of the most recognisable contemporary British brands around today. With something for all tastes and the numerous different combinations, this should do nothing but further strengthen the Joules brand.
The collaboration builds on the already expanding homeware collection from Joules and this new partnership should prove to be hugely popular with it’s loyal supporters, as well as opening up to a new audience. The one thing we can be certain of, is the future for Joules looks to be just as bright as one of their new sofas.
