BA (Hons) Degree Top-Up Courses

BA (Hons) Degree Top-Up Courses

There are four BA (Hons) ‘top-up’ courses offered by NDA: Interior Design, Heritage Interior Design, Retail Interior Design and Design for outdoor living. Students that have successfully completed an FdA may choose to specialise in one of these areas.

A BA (Hons) ‘top-up’ course is the guaranteed progression route for students that have successfully completed an FdA degree with the National Design Academy. The ‘top up’ year is designed to enable students to progress smoothly from the Foundation Degree to successfully gain their full BA (Hons) degree qualification.

Direct entry onto a BA (Hons) ‘top-up’ course from students who have studied elsewhere is also welcome, see entry requirements for these courses

The BA (Hons) Top-Up course is the equivalent to the final year at university and NDA students can complete this course in just one year or take up to 2.5 years – study time is flexible.
