Student Support
24 years providing distance learning courses for interior design and soft furnishings has taught us that every student is different and that every student needs individual support. Often juggling family commitments, full-time or part-time work, adult students have to overcome many extra challenges before they can study.
Thankfully, our Student Support Team works side-by-side with every student to devise an individual study programme that suits their individual circumstances.
Student Support will be there throughout your study, recording your progress and providing crucial understanding, guidance and motivation.
Tutors
The National Design Academy provides unlimited access to Tutors via email and telephone. We also have a lively student forum - so you never need to feel alone out of office hours.
If you need to speak to a Tutor, you'll be actively encouraged to call our Student Helpline. Our experienced Tutors will be on hand to advise you on any element of your course.
Individual Learning Needs
Some students may have an individual learning need or disability, requiring extra support or consideration. Our Student Support Team can help to arrange assessments and advise on how to access grants to help with study. They will arrange an individual learning plan to suit your needs, if necessary.
